Zoltan Zborovszky
Zoltan has been passionate about athletics and fitness since childhood, growing up playing soccer for team Honved in Budapest, Hungary. Besides his passion for soccer, he played squash, practiced kick-boxing and was a competitive runner. The turning point in Zoltan’s career came when he had the opportunity to be trained by Kovacs Istvan, the World Champion Bodybuilder - his biggest mentor in the fitness industry. Through this training, Zoltan realized that he needed to turn his passion for sports into a career and help other people achieve their fitness goals.

Stefan is a dedicated fitness professional committed to empowering individuals of all abilities through personalized fitness and wellness programs. With extensive experience working within the disability community, he takes pride in supporting and guiding clients to achieve their unique personal goals. His inclusive approach ensures that fitness is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability, or experience level. Stefan's passion for athletics and fitness has been a lifelong journey. From the age of 8, he excelled in lacrosse, ultimately competing at the collegiate level. It was during his time at SUNY Plattsburgh that his passion for personal training evolved into a purposeful career path. While pursuing his degree, he gained in-depth knowledge of anatomy, nutrition, and exercise physiology — all of which form the foundation of his training methodology. Over the years, Stefan has developed a distinctive and effective approach to personal training. He tailors his programs to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. His expertise in functional movement allows him to design training plans that support weight loss, strength development, and muscle building, all while prioritizing safety and proper form. Stefan’s mission is simple: to inspire and empower every client to realize their full potential through movement, health, and wellness. Melissa has spent the last 30+years working in the healthcare field. She attended HVCC and Westchester School of paraprofessional training.
After recovering from major back surgery, and reaching my 50th birthday, I made the decision to take better care of myself. That's when I met Zoltan!
In 2010 I began a journey that would have a lasting positive impact on my entire life. I became stronger, healthier and happier. This eventually inspired me to become a certified Spinning instructor at age 54! I am proof that it is never too late to begin your fitness journey.
My passion for Spinning comes from my desire to help others. Spinning is for all ages, fun and a challenging work out. I also love the camaraderie Spinning provides. Hope to see you on a bike !
