Zoltan has been passionate about athletics and fitness since childhood, growing up playing soccer for team Honved in Budapest, Hungary. Besides his passion for soccer, he played squash, practiced kick-boxing and was a competitive runner.The turning point in Zoltan’s career came when he had the opportunity to be trained by Kovacs Istvan, the World Champion Bodybuilder and his biggest mentor in the fitness industry. Through this training, Zoltan realized that he needed to turn his passion for sports into a career and help other people achieve their fitness goals.Zoltan, a leader in the Personal Training field in the Capital District, is certified in the following areas:
National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) graduate, certified
Functional Specialist (corrective exercise)
Functional Movement Evaluation, Anatomy and Exercise Prescription
Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED

Zoltan believes in total body conditioning: resistance training, weight lifting, cardio, flexibility, core and kick-boxing training.
